Annabel is a highly creative, highly spirited & highly talented
12 year-old girl that wants to make a difference. She decided
to put all of that to work for ARC (American Refugee Committee)
in an effort to raise money for the famine refugees in Somalia.
Her plan? Create abundantly charming, high-quality skirts that
are each one-of-a-kind & made from recycled fabrics she finds
