REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING
We ship with UPS and USPS both standard and priority mail depending on the size and weight of the package. All items will be insured. All items will be shipped out within 3-5 days of purchase. If you would like something shipped sooner or express mail please contact us and let us know. Any extra charges for express mail will be charged to the purchaser.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are very careful about packing items securely, bubble wrapping, and shipping in sturdy (sometimes recycled) boxes. Please note the items are one-of-a-kind and are not replaceable. If there should be damage, we will refund the full cost of the item if the cause was our fault. We will require a photo as well as a written description of the problem (this is for insurance purposes) and return of the item so that we can properly access the problem. Return shipping is to be paid for by purchaser. *This must be done within five days of receiving your item. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are not unreasonable. If there is another problem with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days and we will work with you to find a solution. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and will make sure the item is properly packed in its original packaging.
