Click LOGIN in the upper right corner of the page. On the login page, click the "Request New Password" link. Enter your ID or email address and a new password will be sent to you.
Q: I CANT SEEM TO LOG IN?

If you fail at login, a "Have you forgotten your password" link will appear. Click it, enter your email address, and a reset password link will be sent to you. You'll be back in business in no time!
Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When you place an order, we will email you an invoice and your account information. The invoice will contain a link to your order. Simply, click the order number and have a look. If you don't have the invoice, simply login to the site, and click the orders tab in your account.
Q: DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?

We are happy to ship wherever you are. However, international shipping rates apply.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on apparel items only. The return must be made within 30 days of customer receiving the product. All sales on other items are final unless the piece arrives damaged due to an unforeseen problem in shipping. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure safety, but should this happen, we will give you a full refund. *In this case, we must be notified within 5 days of receipt. We will require a photo as well as a written description of the problem (this is for insurance purposes) and return of the item so that we can properly assess the problem.
